Birth to Nurture Co offers fully informed, educational and inspiring hypnobirthing courses for Mother's and the birthing team supporting you in whichever way you birth your baby. WHO AM I?
My name is Lorraine, and I am the face behind Birth to Nurture Co. An experienced hypnobirthing instructor with a wealth of birthing knowledge living in North Somerset, a mum to three and owner of a beauty and well-being business specialising in pregnancy treatments. I was trained by Katharine Graves who is a leading Hypnobirthing trainer and the author of best selling KGHypnobirthing book.
I gave birth to my first born in 2015 and like so many others I was fearful of giving birth, however I went on to have a beautiful and empowering birth. It was then that I truly realised the importance of being prepared for your birth. I have since had two more beautiful and powerful births and I now love to make other women and people feel the exact same way. I can't wait to share this wonderful journey with you
WHY HYPNOBIRTHING?
Hypnobirthing is a full antenatal education course which empowers mother's, birthing people and their birthing partners to experience a positive and confident birthing experience.
Hypnobirthing works for all types of births whether you're having a home birth, caesarean birth, vaginal birth or induction of labour. The important part is that you are fully informed, relaxed, confident and equipped with the tools and techniques to have your birth, your way and remember that day as the best day of your life. The course covers birth physiology, your choices on your maternity care system, pain relief options, where to birth your baby and hypnotherapy techniques and so much more! You will finish this course feeling confident and excited to birth your baby. The course is taught over 10+ hours either in a group usually in and around Weston-Super-Mare or live online or as a 1:1 private couples class.

Birth Essentials
£139
This 5 hour birth essentials course will cover the most important tools and techniques to achieve a positive birthing experience. The perfect course if you've done an NCT class or any other birth course previously but would like some practical tools and indepth knowledge to prepare yourself for labour. MP3 relaxations included.
BIRTH POWER HOUR
£40
This power hour focuses on the most important aspects of birth. We cover anything you feel you need most of to feel prepared for labour. Great if you are getting closer to baby's arrival and need that extra boost of confidence for the big day
